As the head of the firm, my job is to make sure our clients have the best chance of winning their case. Everyday we make decisions designed to either maximize the chance of winning or minimize the chance of losing. My job is to work with the client and my capable staff to develop winning strategies, to delegate and supervise the accomplishment of those strategies, to represent the client in court proceedings and make sure we get done what the client needs to get done. My role is to make the legal process easier for our clients by assisting them in completing their financial disclosures and other court documents, and to answer questions with the direction of an attorney. I have been working as a family law paralegal for 4 years and I find family law to be most rewarding because I have the satisfaction of making a positive impact on the family lives of people. |
