Mr. Martin has been practicing law in Sacramento and the surrounding communities for 15 years. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, Mr. Martin went on to earn his law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. As the principal of the firm, Mr. Martin makes every effort to ensure that our clients have the best chance of winning their respective cases by working with staff and attorneys to develop winning strategies and by providing the necessary oversight to see that those strategies are properly implemented. She then attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate in 2009. After passing the bar, Tessa worked with a general practitioner in Placerville before joining the Law Offices of David A. Martin and Associates. |

| Nicole is a licensed paralegal with the Law Office of David A. Martin & Associates. With her extensive knowledge of family law affairs, Nicole’s role with the firm is to make the legal process easier for our clients by assisting them in completing their financial disclosures and other court documents. Nicole is also able to assist clients by answering questions with the direction of a licensed attorney. Additionally, Nicole ensures that the office runs smoothly, taking phone calls, relaying messages, and ensuring that all matters are properly calendared and all documents are served and filed on schedule. Nicole finds her position with the firm to be very rewarding because she enjoys the satisfaction of making a positive impact on our clients’ lives. |
