Mr. Martin has been practicing law in Sacramento and the surrounding communities for 18 years. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, Mr. Martin went on to earn his law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
As the principal of the firm, Mr. Martin makes every effort to ensure that our clients are positioned for success in their respective cases by working with staff and attorneys to develop winning strategies and by providing the necessary oversight to see that those strategies are properly implemented. Mr. Martin prides himself on making sure that what needs to be done gets done. His professional philosophy has always been to aggressively seek a fair and just result even with the most difficult of cases.
